500 | grams | chicken breast fillet, cubed |
1/4 | cup | Brown Sugar |
1/2 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | teaspoon | MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1/4 | cup | Peanut Butter |
1 | tablespoon | Fish Sauce |
Step 1 | Marinate chicken in mixture of sugar, salt, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, curry powder, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream for at least 1 hour. |
Step 2 | Pierce the marinated chicken together on bamboo skewers. Use marinade to baste chicken occasionally to prevent from drying. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked. Store in a covered container to keep warm. |
Step 3 | Serve with the prepared peanut sauce on the side. |
