1 package NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, chilled
2/3 cup evaporated milk, chilled
2 tablespoons calamansi juice, chilled
1/4 cup dalandan juice, chilled
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 bar cream cheese, diced
4 pieces Graham crackers, crushed
1 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Sugar

1 tablespoon Sugar

STEPS

Step 1 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks are achieved.
Step 2 Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, evaporated milk, calamansi juice, dalandan juice and vanilla extract. Fold in cream cheese. Transfer on a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
Step 3 Mix graham, butter and sugar. Set aside for use as topping.
Step 4 Serve ice cream in chilled glasses. Top with graham crumble and serve immediately.
