2/3 | cup | evaporated milk, chilled |
2 | tablespoons | calamansi juice, chilled |
1/4 | cup | dalandan juice, chilled |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1/2 | bar | cream cheese, diced |
4 | pieces | Graham crackers, crushed |
1 | tablespoon | Butter, melted |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |

Step 1 | Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks are achieved. |
Step 2 | Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, evaporated milk, calamansi juice, dalandan juice and vanilla extract. Fold in cream cheese. Transfer on a freezer safe container and freeze overnight. |
Step 3 | Mix graham, butter and sugar. Set aside for use as topping. |
Step 4 | Serve ice cream in chilled glasses. Top with graham crumble and serve immediately. |
