2 | pieces | young coconut, shredded and 2 cups of coconut water reserved |
1 | teaspoon | pandan flavored gulaman powder (5g) |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
Step 1 | Combine 1 cup of coconut water, gulaman, and sugar in a pot. Gently simmer until dissolved. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into small cubes and set aside. |
Step 2 | Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, shredded coconut, 1 cup of coconut water, and pandan gelatin. |
Step 3 | Pour into ice candy bags. Seal and freeze overnight. Serve frozen. |
