2 1/2 | cups | All Purpose Flour |
1 | teaspoon | ground ginger |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon Powder |
1 | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
1/2 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | bar | butter, diced and softened |
1 1/2 | cups | 1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar |
1 1/2 | cups | 1 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | piece | Egg |
1/4 | cup | Sugar |
Step 1 | Pre – heat oven to 350ᴼF. (30 mins) |
Step 2 | Sift flour, ground ginger, cinnamon powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Set aside. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | Whisk butter and brown sugar until light and smooth. Mix in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and egg. (10 mins) |
Step 4 | Gradually dry ingredients to cream mixture while mixing until just combined. Do not over mix. (5 mins) |
Step 5 | Using an ice cream scoop, place cookie dough on the baking pan 2-inches apart from each other. Sprinkle sugar on top of every cookie. Bake for 15 minutes. (20 mins) |
Step 6 | Set aside cookies in a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving. (10 mins) |
