2 | teaspoons | (10g) Pandan Flavor Gulaman powder |
2 | pieces | Coconut, shredded (200g) and reserve 2 cups of coconut water |
1/4 | cup | Sugar |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
Step 1 | Mix gulaman, coconut water and sugar in a pot. Stir and bring to simmer. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cubes. (15mins) |
Step 2 | Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. (2mins) |
Step 3 | Add pandan jelly and shredded coconut. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled. (overnight) |
