1 | head | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | large onion, chopped |
1 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
2 | cups | Water |
1 | teaspoon | dry Italian herb blend |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
4 | tablespoons | grated cheese |
500 | grams | rigatoni |
500 | grams | small shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/4 | cup | chopped basil |
Step 1 | Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add dry Italian herb blend and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , pepper, sugar, and cheese. Set aside. (15 minutes) |
Step 2 | Boil pasta according to package direction. (10 minutes). |
Step 3 | Stir in shrimp and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream into the sauce and gently simmer. (2 minutes) |
Step 4 | Strain pasta and toss in the sauce with basil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (2 minutes) |
