2 | tablespoons | Cooking Oil |
1 | teaspoon | garlic, minced |
1 | tablespoon | onion, chopped |
500 | grams | Chicken cut-ups |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
234 | grams | Pineapple chunks with juice |
1/2 | cup | Water |
1 | medium | Red Bell Pepper, sliced |
1/3 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Heat oil, sauté garlic and onion until limp. Stir-in chicken and cook until chicken turns white in color. |
Step 2 | Add MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer for 2 minutes. |
Step 3 | Add in pineapple chunks and juice. Bring to a boil. |
Step 4 | Pour in water and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. |
Step 5 | Add bell pepper, cook for another 3 minutes. Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and remove from heat. Mix well until cream is fully incorporated with the sauce. Serve immediately. |
