2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, chopped |
1 | piece | small carrot, sliced |
2 | pieces | small red and green bell pepper, diced |
1/2 | cup | pineapple chunks, reserve water |
1 | cup | Water |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
1 | tablespoon | cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap |
Step 1 | Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté in oil. Remove and set aside. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers and pineapple in the same pan. Pour water and pineapple water. Add chicken and simmer for 15 minutes. |
Step 3 | Season with remaining MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and simmer for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5mins) |
