1 kilogram Chicken Thigh And Leg
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 piece small carrot, sliced
2 pieces small red and green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, reserve water
1 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water
1 packet NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap

STEPS

Step 1 Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté in oil. Remove and set aside. (10mins)
Step 2 Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers and pineapple in the same pan. Pour water and pineapple water. Add chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3 Season with remaining MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and simmer for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5mins)
