500 grams skinless salmon fillet
1 1/2 sachets 1 1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 cups corn, carrot and green peas mixture
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 bar melting cheese
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 piece lemon, cut into wedges

STEPS

Step 1 Season salmon with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sear in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Remove salmon and set aside. (5mins)
Step 2 Add corn, carrot and green peas mixture in the same pan. Season with ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer on a baking tray. Place salmon on top of the vegetables. (5mins)
Step 3 Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled, garlic, remaining ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, cheese and parsley. Spread on top of the salmon. Bake in an oven toaster for 5 minutes or until top is golden brown. (10mins)
Step 4 Remove from the oven toaster and serve with lemon. (2mins)
