500 | grams | skinless salmon fillet |
1 1/2 | sachets | 1 1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
2 | cups | corn, carrot and green peas mixture |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled |
2 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1/2 | bar | melting cheese |
1 | tablespoon | minced parsley |
1 | piece | lemon, cut into wedges |
Step 1 | Season salmon with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sear in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Remove salmon and set aside. (5mins) |
Step 2 | Add corn, carrot and green peas mixture in the same pan. Season with ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cook for 1 minute. Transfer on a baking tray. Place salmon on top of the vegetables. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled, garlic, remaining ¼ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, cheese and parsley. Spread on top of the salmon. Bake in an oven toaster for 5 minutes or until top is golden brown. (10mins) |
Step 4 | Remove from the oven toaster and serve with lemon. (2mins) |
