400 | grams | potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes |
1/2 | teaspoon | dried dill or thyme |
2 | teaspoons | Paprika |
1 | can | tuna or salmon flakes, mashed with a fork |
1 | cup | All Purpose Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Dijon Mustard |
1 | piece | hardboiled egg, chopped |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | Cooking Oil |
Step 1 | Steam potatoes until very soft. Mash and season with dill and paprika. Add in tuna and mix well until fully incorporated. |
Step 2 | In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mustard and chopped egg. Set aside in the chiller. |
Step 3 | Form potato-tuna mixture into flat round disks. Dredge sides with flour. |
Step 4 | Heat cooking oil. Fry prepared patties until golden on both sides. |
Step 5 | Serve fish cakes with the prepared mustard-cream sauce. |
