250 | grams | fusslli pasta |
500 | grams | beef tenderloin strips |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
2 | teaspoons | Paprika |
1/4 | cup | Olive Oil |
1 | piece | onion, cut into strips |
1 | cup | sliced mushroom |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | can | NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
2 | tablespoons | chopped parsley |
1 | piece | small lemon, cut into wedges |
Step 1 | Boil pasta according to package direction. |
Step 2 | Season beef with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and paprika. Coat with olive oil. |
Step 3 | Sauté beef over high heat for 2mins. Add onion and mushrooms and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. |
Step 4 | Pour water and NESTLÉ® Milk Cream. Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and half of parsley. |
Step 5 | Drain pasta and transfer on a serving plate. Pour Beef Stroganoff on top of pasta. Top with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. |
