1 | sachet | NESCAFÉ Creamylatte |
1/4 | cup | hot water |
12 | pieces | Egg Yolk |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1/2 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1/8 | teaspoon | fine salt |
6 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Step 1 | Dissolve NESCAFÉ Creamylatte in ¼ cup of hot water. Set aside. (5mins) |
Step 2 | Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, vanilla and salt and dissolved coffee. Set aside. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Prepare 2 large lyanera. Add 3 tbsp sugar per lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. (10mins) |
Step 4 | Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins) |
Step 5 | Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled. (2mins) |
