1 sachet NESCAFÉ Creamylatte
1/4 cup hot water
12 pieces Egg Yolk
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
6 tablespoons Sugar

STEPS

Step 1 Dissolve NESCAFÉ Creamylatte in ¼ cup of hot water. Set aside. (5mins)
Step 2 Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, vanilla and salt and dissolved coffee. Set aside. (5mins)
Step 3 Prepare 2 large lyanera. Add 3 tbsp sugar per lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. (10mins)
Step 4 Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins)
Step 5 Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled. (2mins)
