1 | kilogram | sliced pork shoulder |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
1/4 | cup | Soy Sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Calamansi Juice |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
1 | piece | Large red onion |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and calamansi juice in a pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Strain and reserve cooking liquid. (50 minutes) |
Step 2 | Sauté pork in 2 tbsp of oil until light golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer for 2 minutes. (15 minutes) |
Step 3 | Sauté onion separately in 1 tbsp of oil. (2 minutes) |
Step 4 | Transfer Creamy Pork Steak on a serving plate, top with sautéed onion and serve. (2 minutes) |
