Step 1 | Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and water in a pot. Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in white chocolate chips. Set aside to cool. (5mins) |
Step 2 | Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and salt together. (1min) |
Step 3 | Whip butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Continue to whip until smooth. Add dry ingredients alternately with the cream mixture. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Pour into a round cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 320ᴼF preheated oven for 30 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. (1hour) |
Step 5 | For the white chocolate mousse, whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream to melted chocolate. Refrigerate until use. (10mins) |
Step 6 | Cut cake horizontally in half and fill each layer with white chocolate mousse. |
Step 7 | For the ganache, combine white chocolate chips and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream in double boiler mix until smooth. (10mins) |
Step 8 | Pour ganache to the cake and chill for 2 hours. |
