2 tablespoons Butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
3/4 cup 1 can of corned beef
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
3 cups Water
1 piece small carrot, small diced
1 piece potato, small diced
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 teaspoon minced parsley (optional)

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic, onion and corned beef in butter. (5mins)
Step 2 Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (5mins)
Step 3 Add carrot and potato. Simmer for 10 minutes (10mins)
Step 4 Add mushroom and corn. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. (2mins)
Step 5 Transfer on a serving bowl, top with parley and serve. (1min)
