1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/4 cup Water
1 piece Egg
6 pieces cookies and cream, crushed
4 tablespoons Butter

STEPS

Step 1 Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl.
Step 2 Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, and egg. Pour into dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Fold in cookies and cream.
Step 3 Melt butter in a non-stick pan and pour 1 ladleful of pancake batter and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Step 4 Transfer into a serving plate and serve with toppings.
