1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/4 | cup | Water |
1 | piece | Egg |
6 | pieces | cookies and cream, crushed |
4 | tablespoons | Butter |
Step 1 | Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl. |
Step 2 | Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, and egg. Pour into dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Fold in cookies and cream. |
Step 3 | Melt butter in a non-stick pan and pour 1 ladleful of pancake batter and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. |
Step 4 | Transfer into a serving plate and serve with toppings. |
