1 | kilogram | oyster cut chicken thigh |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | piece | onion, cut into wedges |
1 | piece | small carrot, sliced ½-inch thick |
2 | stalks | celery, biased ½-inch pieces |
2 | cloves | garlic, crushed |
2 | teaspoons | All Purpose Flour |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | can | 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
1 | tablespoon | chopped parsley |
Step 1 | Season chicken thigh with 1 sachet 8g of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. |
Step 2 | Melt butter in a pan and sauté chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside. |
Step 3 | Sauté onion, carrot, celery and garlic in the same pan for 2 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, water and sautéed chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes. |
Step 4 | Pour 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream, season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and simmer for another 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with parsley and serve. |
