1/2 | cup | black tapioca pearls |
3 | cups | Water |
2 | pieces | large ripe mangoes, puréed in a blender |
1/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1 | piece | tea bags |
1/2 | cup | hot water |
4 | pieces | Graham crackers, crushed |
1 | tablespoon | Butter, melted |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | cup | crushed ice |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/4 | cup | diced mango |
Step 1 | Simmer tapioca pearls in water for 25-30 minutes. Set aside for another 30 minutes to cool completely. |
Step 2 | Strain and mix with mango purée and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Set aside. |
Step 3 | Steep tea bags in hot water. |
Step 4 | Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. |
Step 5 | To serve, pour tapioca pearls with mango purée into serving glasses. Add ice and pour tea and Nestlé® All Purpose Cream. Top with diced mangoes and graham mixture. Serve immediately. |
