2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
6 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, chopped |
1 | piece | potato, cubed |
1 | piece | small carrot, cubed |
1 | piece | small red bell pepper, diced |
1 | piece | small green bell pepper, diced |
1 | tablespoon | Curry Powder |
1 | teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
1 | piece | Bay Leaf |
2 | cups | Water |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml |
Step 1 | Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and set aside. |
Step 2 | Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot and chicken in oil. |
Step 3 | Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper and bay leaf. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes. |
Step 4 | Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and stir in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve |
