500 | grams | Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | tablespoons | MAGGI® Savor Calamansi |
1/4 | cup | Cooking Oil |
1 | medium | Onion, sliced into rings |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Rub beef with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. |
Step 2 | Heat oil and sauté onions for 2 minutes or until crisp tender, then set aside. |
Step 3 | In the same pan, add marinated beef and pan-fry until brown. |
Step 4 | Pour back fried onions folded in with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately. |
