1/2 | cup | chopped Prawns |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | tablespoons | Patis |
1 | liter | Water |
2 | pieces | kaffir leaves |
1 | stalk | tanglad, crushed |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | cups | cooked glass noodles |
1/2 | cup | chopped wansoy |
1/2 | cup | Bean Sprouts |
1/4 | cup | fried shallots |
2 | pieces | Siling Labuyo, chopped |
Step 1 | In a sauce pan, heat olive oil. Sauté shallots, cook until limp and translucent. Add turmeric and curry powder. Stir–in prawns. |
Step 2 | Season prawns with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and patis. Cook for another 2 minutes. |
Step 3 | Pour in water, add kaffir leaves and tanglad. Bring to a boil. |
Step 4 | Lower heat and add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Mix well, do not boil. |
Step 5 | To serve, arrange in a serving bowl 1/4 cup of noodles, 1 tbsp wansoy, 1/4 cup bean sprouts, 1 tbsp fried shallots and 1 to 2 pieces of chopped siling labuyo. Serve hot. |
