4 | cloves | minced Garlic |
1 | piece | onion, cut into strips |
1 | piece | red bell pepper, cut into strips |
100 | grams | sliced pork belly |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | tablespoon | cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water |
1 | piece | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/2 | cup | florets of cauliflower, blanched |
1/2 | cup | sliced carrots, blanched |
1/2 | cup | sliced sayote, blanched |
1/2 | cup | sliced Baguio beans, blanched |
1 | cup | sliced cabbage, blanched |
Step 1 | Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper and pork in oil for 2 minutes. |
Step 2 | Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and simmer for another minute. |
Step 3 | Add blanched vegetables. Transfer to a serving plate and serve. |
