1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/4 | cup | NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk |
2 | pieces | Eggs |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
3 | pieces | white bread, cut into cubes |
1 | teaspoon | Butter |
Step 1 | Mash banana with sugar. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, eggs and vanilla extract. (2mins) |
Step 2 | Mix in bread and set aside for 10 mins. (10mins) |
Step 3 | Brush lyanera with butter. Pour mixture and bake in a 350ᵒF oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the pudding. (25mins) |
Step 4 | Set aside to cool completely. Remove from the lyanera and serve warm. |
