500 | grams | pork shoulder, cut into pieces |
250 | grams | pork liver, cut into pieces |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
6 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, chopped |
1 1/2 | cups | 1 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce |
2 1/2 | cups | Water |
1 | piece | Bay Leaf |
1/4 | teaspoon | Bay Leaf |
1 | tablespoon | Brown Sugar |
1 | piece | red bell pepper, diced |
1/4 | cup | fresh green peas |
3 | pieces | hotdog, biased |
4 | tablespoons | grated cheese |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Sauté potato and carrot in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. |
Step 2 | Season pork shoulder and liver separately with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté pork and liver separately in the same pan. Remove and set aside. |
Step 3 | Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add pork, bay leaf, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 45 minutes. |
Step 4 | Add sautéed liver, bell pepper, green peas, hotdog, potato, and carrot. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Grate half of the cheese on the sauce and stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate, grate cheese on top, and serve. |
