Crepe: | |

Step 1 | Combine eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, vanilla extract and melted butter in a blender and blend until foamy. Add flour and cocoa powder and pulse until no lumps are visible. Add red food color according to desired darkness. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for at least 1 hour in the chiller. |
Step 2 | Heat a small non-stick pan and coat with butter. Pour ¼ cup of the batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for a minute or until golden and then flip to cook the other side. Slide onto a plate and repeat procedure for the remaining batter. |
Strawberries and Cream: | |

Step 3 | In another bowl, beat NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in macerated strawberries to cream mixture. Use to fill up crepes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce/syrup. |
Step 4 | Combine strawberries and sugar in a bowl and set aside. |
