1 kilogram medium potato, scrubbed well
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 packet 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1 stalk scallion, sliced
1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
1/2 cup melting cheese, grated
1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled

STEPS

Step 1 Place potato in a rack of preheated 325ᴼF oven to bake for 45minutes or until there is no resistance when a fork is inserted in the middle of the potato. Set aside to cool. (1 hour)
Step 2 To prepare Sour Cream, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5 mins)
Step 3 Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact. Mash the potato and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and scallion and bacon. (20 mins)
Step 4 Scoop mashed potato mixture back in the potato skins. Place potatoes in a baking tray, top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve with Sour Cream. (15 mins)
