1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |

Step 1 | Place potato in a rack of preheated 325ᴼF oven to bake for 45minutes or until there is no resistance when a fork is inserted in the middle of the potato. Set aside to cool. (1 hour) |
Step 2 | To prepare Sour Cream, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5 mins) |
Step 3 | Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact. Mash the potato and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and scallion and bacon. (20 mins) |
Step 4 | Scoop mashed potato mixture back in the potato skins. Place potatoes in a baking tray, top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve with Sour Cream. (15 mins) |
