1	packet	NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1	cup	store-bought ube jam, chilled
2/3	cup	NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, chilled
2/3	cup	evaporated milk, chilled
1	teaspoon	Vanilla Extract
1/4	cup	chopped peanut brittle

STEPS

Step 1	Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. (10 mins)
Step 2	Whisk in ube jam, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, evaporated milk and vanilla extract. (5 mins)
Step 3	Transfer on a freezer safe container and freeze overnight. Serve in chilled glasses. Top with peanut brittle. (5 mins)
