12 | pieces | chicken egg yolk |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1 | can | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap |
1/4 | teaspoon | fine salt |
Step 1 | Prepare 2 medium lyanera and add 3 tbsp of sugar on each. Slowly melt sugar over low medium heat until golden brown. Set aside. (5mins) |
Step 2 | Mix egg yolks, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, vanilla extract and salt. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Strain mixture into the 2 lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins) |
Step 4 | Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and well chilled. (2mins) |
