1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Sampalok With Gabi Mix |
Step 1 | Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, tomato, ginger and finger chili for 5 minutes. |
Step 2 | Add chicken and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes while stirring every few minutes. |
Step 3 | Pour water, bring to a boil and skim the scum. Stir in tamarind leaves and simmer for 15 minutes. |
Step 4 | Add sitaw and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in MAGGI® Magic Sinigang®. Transfer into and serving bowl and serve. |
