1500 | grams | Large prawns, butterflied and deveined |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1 | piece | lemon, half zested and juiced and cut other half into wedges |
1 | can | 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | bar | melting cheese, grated |
1 | tablespoon | minced parsley |
1 | tablespoon | sliced spring onion |
Step 1 | Season prawns with 1 ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and juice and zest from half of a lemon. Lay flat in 1 layer on a baking tray. |
Step 2 | Mix NESTLÉ® Milk Cream, garlic, remaining half sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, cheese, parsley and spring onion. Spread on top of every prawn. Broil in a preheated oven for 5 mins or until top is golden brown. |
Step 3 | Transfer on a serving plate and serve with remaining lemon wedges. |
