1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |

1/4 | cup | All Purpose Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/2 | cup | Vegetable Oil |
1 | packet | 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled |
2 | cloves | minced Garlic |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
1/4 | teaspoon | fine salt |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons | sliced spring onion |
1 | packet | 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled |
2 | cloves | minced Garlic |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
1/4 | teaspoon | fine salt |
1/4 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons | sliced spring onion |
Step 1 | Grate potato with a box grater. Quickly rinse in water, drain and squeeze excess water out. Place in a large bowl. Add onion, spring onion and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix in eggs, flour and baking powder. Set aside. (10 mins) |
Step 2 | To prepare Sour Cream, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5 mins) |
Step 3 | Preheat oil in pan. Place ½ cup portions of the potato mixture and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Flip and cook the other side for another 3 minutes. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (20 mins) |
Step 4 | Transfer Potato Pancakes on a serving plate, serve with Sour Cream. (5 mins) |
