1 | kilogram | 1-inch thick pork steak |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
4 | cloves | garlic, crushed |
1 | piece | small lemon, half zested and juiced and cut other half into wedges |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
2 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
1/2 | cup | Water |
1 | can | 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1 | tablespoon | MAGGI® Savor Classic |
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
1 | tablespoon | chopped parsley |
Step 1 | Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper garlic, lemon zest and paprika. Coat with oil and set aside for 10 minutes. |
Step 2 | Preheat a large pan. Pan sear the pork steaks for 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside to rest. |
Step 3 | Pour water and NESTLÉ® Milk Cream in the same pan and simmer. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, MAGGI® Savor and lemon juice. Simmer until thick. |
Step 4 | Slice pork into serving pieces and transfer on a serving plate. Pour sauce and top with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges. |
