1 | piece | chopped medium onion |
1 | bunch | celery with leaves, chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Tomato Paste |
1 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Chili sauce |
1/4 | cup | frozen green peas |
1/2 | cup | sliced mushrooms (optional) |
1/4 | cup | NESTLÉ® Cream |
1 | cup | green beans, blanched |
1 | piece | large red bell pepper, sliced |
1 | piece | large green bell pepper, sliced |
4 | pieces | boiled egg |
Step 1 | In a large pan, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the rice. Sauté rice until each grain is coated with oil. |
Step 2 | Season with MAGGI® Savor, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook rice in a rice cooker. When cooked, set aside. |
Step 3 | In another large pan, heat annatto oil. Sauté the chilies, garlic, onion, and celery stalk until soft and fragrant. Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce, cook for 3 minutes. |
Step 4 | Stir in cooked rice. Season with chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Lastly, add in the green peas, mushrooms, and cream. Mix well until heated thoroughly. Serve in a large platter with garnishes of bell peppers and egg. |
