4 pieces roasted garlic
1 piece chopped medium onion
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 cups Long Grain Rice
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Savor Classic
1 To Taste Salt
1 To Taste pepper
3 tablespoons achuete / annatto oil
2 pieces roasted red chilies (optional)
4 pieces roasted garlic
1 piece chopped medium onion
1 bunch celery with leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons Chili sauce
1/4 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Cream
1 cup green beans, blanched
1 piece large red bell pepper, sliced
1 piece large green bell pepper, sliced
4 pieces boiled egg

STEPS

Step 1 In a large pan, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the rice. Sauté rice until each grain is coated with oil.
Step 2 Season with MAGGI® Savor, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook rice in a rice cooker. When cooked, set aside.
Step 3 In another large pan, heat annatto oil. Sauté the chilies, garlic, onion, and celery stalk until soft and fragrant. Stir in tomato paste and tomato sauce, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4 Stir in cooked rice. Season with chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Lastly, add in the green peas, mushrooms, and cream. Mix well until heated thoroughly. Serve in a large platter with garnishes of bell peppers and egg.
