1 | piece | potato, cut into 1-inch |
1 | piece | small carrot, cut into 1-inch |
500 | grams | pork shoulder (kasim), cut into 2-inch pieces |
6 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | large onion, chopped |
4 | pieces | tomato, chopped |
1 | sachet | 60g MAGGI® Supreme Sarap |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | piece | Bay Leaf |
1 | piece | 1 |
1 | piece | small green bell pepper, large diced |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Add pork in the same pan and sauté until light golden brown. Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 10 minutes. (15mins) |
Step 3 | Add MAGGI® Supreme Sarap, water and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. |
Step 4 | Add sautéed potato, carrot and bell peppers. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (15mins) |
