1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
500 | grams | lapu-lapu fillet, cubed and dredged in cornstarch |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | piece | medium onion, chopped |
1/4 | teaspoon | Curry Powder |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2 | tablespoons | kinchay, minced |
1 | To Taste | Pepper |
Step 1 | In a pot, combine water, potatoes, and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are tender. Remove potatoes and set aside. |
Step 2 | In the same simmering liquid, add lapu-lapu and cook for 2 minutes. Remove fish and set aside. Reserve liquid. |
Step 3 | In a saucepan, melt butter. Sauté onion and curry powder until fragrant. Add reserved liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Let simmer until thick. |
