2 | cups | cubed kalabasa |

1 | cup | sliced sitaw |
1 | cup | sliced ampalaya, rinsed well |
2 | cups | sliced eggplant |
1 | cup | small shrimp |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, pork and bagoong in oil. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. (15mins) |
Step 2 | Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. Add ampalaya and eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in shrimps. (15mins) |
Step 3 | Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5mins) |
