4 pieces Calamansi
1/4 cup Cream Cheese, softened
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
12 pieces Graham crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 pieces dalandan, peeled and sliced

STEPS

Step 1 Zest 1 tsp of calamansi rind. Squeeze calamansi juice. (2 minutes)
Step 2 Combine cream cheese with calamansi zest and juice. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Whip until light and smooth. (5 minutes)
Step 3 Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Press at the bottom and sides of a pie pan. (5 minutes)
Step 4 Pour into the serving container and top with dalandan. Chill overnight. Serve well chilled. (Overnight)
