1/4 | cup | Cream Cheese, softened |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled |
1/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
12 | pieces | Graham crackers, crushed |
3 | tablespoons | Butter, melted |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
3 | pieces | dalandan, peeled and sliced |
Step 1 | Zest 1 tsp of calamansi rind. Squeeze calamansi juice. (2 minutes) |
Step 2 | Combine cream cheese with calamansi zest and juice. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Whip until light and smooth. (5 minutes) |
Step 3 | Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Press at the bottom and sides of a pie pan. (5 minutes) |
Step 4 | Pour into the serving container and top with dalandan. Chill overnight. Serve well chilled. (Overnight) |
