Step 1 | Simmer potato in water until very tender. Strain, mash, and set aside to cool. (15 minutes) |
Step 2 | Mix mashed potato, tilapia, garlic, onion, bell pepper, spring onion, egg, cheese, and ¼ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Form into 8 patties and refrigerate for 1 hour to set. (1 hour and 10 minutes) |
Step 3 | Make tartar sauce by mixing ¼ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, pickle relish, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until use. (5 minutes) |
Step 4 | Coat fish cakes with flour, dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs. Pan fry in oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Serve with Tartar Sauce. (15 minutes) |
