INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon ginger, crushed
1 piece small onion, diced
100 grams Pork Belly
2 tablespoons Bagoong Alamang
250 grams siling panigang, halved, seeded and sliced, or to taste
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

STEPS

Step 1 Heat oil, sauté garlic, ginger and onions until limp. Stir in pork and cook until it changes in color.
Step 2 Add bagoong alamang. Cook for another minute.
Step 3 Add siling panigang and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
Step 4 Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Remove from heat.
