2 | tablespoons | Cooking Oil |
3 | cloves | garlic, crushed |
1 | tablespoon | ginger, crushed |
1 | piece | small onion, diced |
100 | grams | Pork Belly |
2 | tablespoons | Bagoong Alamang |
250 | grams | siling panigang, halved, seeded and sliced, or to taste |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
Step 1 | Heat oil, sauté garlic, ginger and onions until limp. Stir in pork and cook until it changes in color. |
Step 2 | Add bagoong alamang. Cook for another minute. |
Step 3 | Add siling panigang and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. |
Step 4 | Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Remove from heat. |
