1 1/2 | teaspoons | 1 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gulaman powder |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1/2 | cup | Water |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
Step 1 | Combine sugar and water in a lyanera. Place over low heat and cook until light golden brown. Remove and set aside. |
Step 2 | Whisk gulaman, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle simmer. |
Step 3 | Pour into lyanera and set aside to cool. Refrigerate overnight. |
Step 4 | Remove from lyanera and serve well chilled. |
