2 | sachets | 60g MAGGI® Supreme Sarap |
1 | head | garlic, lightly crushed |
3 | pieces | Red Chili |
6 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
1 1/2 | cups | 1 1/2 cup Water |
2 | teaspoons | Whole Black Peppercorn |
2 | pieces | Bay Leaf |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
3 | pieces | soft boiled eggs, peeled |
Step 1 | Combine chicken, MAGGI® Supreme Sarap, garlic, chili, vinegar, water, peppercorn and bay leaf in a pot. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain chicken and set aside. (20mins) |
Step 2 | Sauté chicken and garlic in oil until light golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Add boiled eggs. Gently simmer until sauce is thick and coating the chicken. (10mins) |
Step 3 | Transfer on a serving plate and serve. |
