2 | cups | coconut, freshly grated |
1/2 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |

Step 1 | Whisk water, ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, flour, egg, vegetable oil and vanilla together in a bowl. Strain batter and set aside for 5 minutes. (10 mins) |
Step 2 | Preheat a non stick pan and four about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | For the filling, combine grated coconut, ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water and brown sugar in a pan. Cook over medium heat until dry. (30 mins) |
Step 4 | Place 2 tbsp of the filling on every crepe. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Serve. (10 mins) |
