5 | cups | fresh Basil leaves |
1/4 | cup | chopped and lightly fried garlic |
1/2 | cup | toasted walnuts |
1 1/4 | cups | 1 1/4 cup Olive Oil |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
3/4 | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1/2 | cup | chopped shrimps |
1 | can | NESTLÉ® Cream 300g |
400 | grams | Fettuccine pasta, cooked according to pack instructions |
Step 1 | Combine basil leaves, garlic and walnuts in a blender. Process until smooth. Slowly pour in olive oil and continue mixing. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, parmesan cheese and salt. Process again until fully combined. |
Step 2 | Heat prepared pesto in a sauté pan. Stir in shrimps and cook until shrimps change in color. Pour in NESTLÉ® Cream. Do not boil. |
Step 3 | Toss with al dente cooked pasta. Serve while hot. |
