500 | grams | Pork Kasim, sliced into cubes |
250 | grams | Pork liver, sliced into cubes |
1/4 | cup | Soy Sauce |
3 | tablespoons | Calamansi Juice |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | tablespoons | Cooking Oil |
2 | tablespoons | chopped Garlic |
1 | medium | onion, chopped |
3 | pieces | Tomatoes, chopped |
5 | pieces | Longanisang macau, sliced |
1 | cup | Tomato Sauce |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | cup | cubed and fried potatoes |
Step 1 | Marinate pork and liver in soy sauce, calamansi juice and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for at least 15 minutes. Set aside. |
Step 2 | Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes until limp. |
Step 3 | Stir in marinated pork and liver. Cook until pork and liver change in color or for about 15 minutes. |
Step 4 | Add longanisang macau and cook for another minute. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer covered for another 15 minutes. Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir and remove from heat. |
Step 5 | Serve with fried potatoes on top as garnish. |
