500 grams Pork Kasim, sliced into cubes
250 grams Pork liver, sliced into cubes
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
2 tablespoons chopped Garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
3 pieces Tomatoes, chopped
5 pieces Longanisang macau, sliced
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 cup cubed and fried potatoes

STEPS

Step 1 Marinate pork and liver in soy sauce, calamansi juice and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for at least 15 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2 Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes until limp.
Step 3 Stir in marinated pork and liver. Cook until pork and liver change in color or for about 15 minutes.
Step 4 Add longanisang macau and cook for another minute. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer covered for another 15 minutes. Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir and remove from heat.
Step 5 Serve with fried potatoes on top as garnish.
