1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
2/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1/2 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
1/8 | teaspoon | fine salt |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
Step 1 | Mix egg yolks with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, vanilla, and salt. |
Step 2 | Add sugar in a large lyanera. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside. |
Step 3 | Strain cream mixture into the lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool. |
Step 4 | Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and serve well chilled. |
