Step 1 | Heat garlic and olive oil in a small pot until soft. Transfer in a blender. Add basil, cashew, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and cheese. Purée until smooth. Transfer in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until use. |
Step 2 | Boil pasta according to package direction. |
Step 3 | Season chicken with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté chicken in olive oil for 2mins. Add tomatoes and cook for another minute. Remove and set aside. |
Step 4 | Add pesto in the same pan and cook for 1 minute. Pour water and Nestle All Purpose Cream. Season with remaining 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. |
Step 5 | Strain pasta and toss in the sauce with chicken and tomatoes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately. |
