2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
4 | cloves | garlic, crushed |
1 | piece | thumb-sized ginger, cut into strips |
1 | piece | onion, cut into wedges |
1 | piece | Green Finger Chili |
500 | grams | chicken leg quarters, cut into pieces |
4 | cups | Water |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
2 | cups | biased green papaya or sayote |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | bunch | picked chili tops |
Step 1 | Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and finger chili in oil. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. (5mins) |
Step 3 | Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 15 minutes. (20mins) |
Step 4 | Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Add papaya and simmer for another 5 minutes. |
Step 5 | Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream chili tops. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately. |
