2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece thumb-sized ginger, cut into strips
1 piece onion, cut into wedges
1 piece Green Finger Chili
500 grams chicken leg quarters, cut into pieces
4 cups Water
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 cups biased green papaya or sayote
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 bunch picked chili tops

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and finger chili in oil. (10mins)
Step 2 Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. (5mins)
Step 3 Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 15 minutes. (20mins)
Step 4 Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Add papaya and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5 Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream chili tops. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
