Step 1 | Combine crushed graham, melted butter and white sugar. Mix well and press into a 7-inch pie pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. (10 mins) |
Step 2 | Whisk the cream cheese, calamansi juice, calamansi zest and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada until light and smooth. (10 mins) |
Step 3 | Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture until well combined. Pour into graham crust and refrigerate overnight to set. (10 mins) |
Step 4 | Cut into serving portions and serve well chilled. (2 mins) |
