750 | grams | thinly sliced beef |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | teaspoon | freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
4 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | head | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | large onion, cut into strips |
2 | cups | sliced button mushroom |
2 | tablespoons | All Purpose Flour |
1 1/2 | cups | 1 1/2 cup Water |
3 | tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream |
1 | tablespoon | minced parsley |
Step 1 | Season beef with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Sauté in oil in batches until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10 minutes) |
Step 2 | Sauté garlic, onion, and mushroom in butter using the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (10 minutes) |
Step 3 | Add sautéed beef, soy sauce and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in parsley, transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5 minutes) |
