INGREDIENTS

1 kilogram skinless salmon fillet
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 piece lemon, half zested and juiced and cut other half into wedges
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 can 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated melting cheese
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon sliced spring onion

STEPS

Step 1 Season salmon with 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and lemon juice. Lightly sauté in a preheated pan in olive oil. Transfer on a baking tray.
Step 2 Mix 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream, garlic, remaining half sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, cheese, parsley, spring onion and lemon zest. Spread on top of the salmon. Broil in a preheated oven for 5 mins or until top is golden brown.
Step 3 Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with lemon wedges
