1 | kilogram | skinless salmon fillet |
2 | sachets | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1 | piece | lemon, half zested and juiced and cut other half into wedges |
2 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
1 | can | 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream |
4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | cup | grated melting cheese |
1 | tablespoon | minced parsley |
1 | tablespoon | sliced spring onion |
Step 1 | Season salmon with 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and lemon juice. Lightly sauté in a preheated pan in olive oil. Transfer on a baking tray. |
Step 2 | Mix 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream, garlic, remaining half sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, cheese, parsley, spring onion and lemon zest. Spread on top of the salmon. Broil in a preheated oven for 5 mins or until top is golden brown. |
Step 3 | Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with lemon wedges |
